I’ve been using it for two months without problems. I have stopped snoring and my mouth doesn’t hurt. The only downside is that my throat dries out a little, but on the other hand I breathe better and wake up more rested.
The first few days my jaw hurt and I would wake up with a numb feeling in my mouth and ears.
On the other hand, as you get used to it, you wake up better. It is true that you do not snore as much and that rest improves significantly.
I have tried it and it is very good, I have stopped snoring almost completely, so I guess the problem was in my jaw. It leaves a little plastic aftertaste at first, but once washed with a mouthwash the problem goes away.
It leaves me with a feeling of oppression at first, for about 40 or 50 minutes, then it doesn’t bother me anymore. At first it was more difficult for me to sleep with the mouthpiece on, but now I have learned to put it on half an hour before going to bed and it no longer bothers me.
