After weeks of work, the online store Ecomerzpro (Qinux) has finally added the possibility of downloading the user manuals of the products they have for sale. Below I detail how you can download them.
Four simple steps so you can manage your gadgets without problems
Read this guide carefully to be able to download without problems. So that you always have the information at hand, the link to the Ecomerzpro (Qinux) help website will open in a new window.
Help manual step 1
- First of all, access the company’s help website, you can do so by following the link below. https://ecomerzpro.net/faq.php
- In the top menu choose your language.
- Don’t do it yet, keep reading!!
Once the window is open, there are three steps
As explained in the images below, the three steps are simple. I detail them here:
- Enter your order number and complete the Captcha button.
- Below will appear a list with the products that have the user manual available.
- Select the one you need and press the “Request” button.
- Finally, the manual download link will appear available at the bottom, to the left of the screen. It will be a .pdf file
What to do if you can’t find the manual you need?
