It adapts well to the desk chair and helps keep the back straight, but in the long term it ended up deforming and is no longer effective.
That happens with all the memory foam pillows I’ve tried, both for the head and the kidneys.
For me it is an unnecessary expense.

I find it somewhat hard, personally it doesn’t fit well in the work chair and I can’t find a position in which I feel comfortable.
I’ve also tried it in the car and I don’t like it either, not even on the couch.
It seems to me to be in a too forced position.
I suppose there are people for whom it will be comfortable and useful, but not for me personally and that is why I returned it.
That is true, there has been no problem with the return with the store that sells it.
