I hope you can help.
I thought I had bought three qinux moscopes from you, however when they arrived they were not what I’d ordered, they were three gadgets which appear to do the same thing although I have not tested them but they are uncertified, called telescopes, have no guarantee or proper instructions and have come from China!
As you can imagine I am very upset and can only think I have been scammed, when I went to pay I was referred to something called Ecomerzpro, I assumed that this was ok, and to do with shipping or something.
I have tried to communicate with them but they have been very slow to respond.
I know there is probably nothing you can do but would love some feedback if you have any,
maybe this information can be helpful.
